1991년에 총신신대원에 바로 입학을 하지않고 1년간 휴학을 하면서 대학선배 목사님의 아버지가 시무하시는 자그마한 교회의 교육 전도사(파트타임)로 사역을 시작했다. 교회가 작다보니 맡은 부서 외에도 설교할 기회가 많았다. 수요예배, 금요기도회, 주일설교까지 선배와 돌아가면서 설교를 했다. 신학을 공부하기 전이었지만 톰슨주석성경 한권을 참조하면서 먼저 본문 분석을 하고 묵상한 것을 가지고 설교를 했었다. 아직 신학을 공부하기 전이어서 아무래도 본문 해석은 […]

영국의 한 교회를 일주일 동안 전도해주는 Arise 전도가 이번 주간에 있었다. 나는 화요일에 깜짝 방문 외에 시작하는 월요일과 금요일과 토요일에 풀로 참석하고 왔다. 이 Arise는 보통 매년 Amnos 교회개척학교 주최로 한국과 미국에 있는 교회들이 참여해서 4일간 합숙하며 전도훈련을 받은 다음에 이어서 한 주간 동안 여러 팀으로 흩어져서 정해진 한 교회를 전도해주는 전도캠페인이다. 이때 주로 하는 […]
