My journey to becoming a pastor was not without its difficulties. Convincing my family was challenging, especially the conflicts I had with my younger sibling, who had no faith. It was trying, but I viewed the struggles as necessary trials in fulfilling God’s will, and so I prepared to enter a seminary. As I remained steadfast in my decision, my family eventually accepted me as a pastor, and now they respect and recognize my calling.

I had expected that walking the path of ministry would naturally lead to a holy and righteous life, but instead, my own weaknesses became more apparent, and I found myself feeling discouraged at times. The temptations of sin still lingered, and I often had to confront the reality of pursuing the pleasures and comforts that the world offers. In those moments, I had no choice but to rely more on God’s profound love revealed through the cross of Christ. By bowing before the Lord and embracing humility, I was able to experience God’s work and the boundless grace He pours out. My family came to accept me as a pastor, and now they respect and acknowledge my calling. Throughout this journey, I had opportunities to participate in various ministries, such as short-term missions and next-generation faith education. I was blessed to meet a sister of faith and build a family, and I was ordained as a minister and pastor. All of this has been the work of God and His grace.

 Now, I am blessed to serve as an education pastor at God’s Vision Church, the church where I participated in my first worship and was baptized. Though I cannot fully know how God will lead my life here, I pray that I walk faithfully and humbly with God, and that through my life, His glory may be revealed on this earth.
